Cameron has an extensive career in the hospitality industry, having held senior management and executive positions in more than 25 hotel operations throughout Australasia the most recent as CEO of Consolidated Domain Resorts, managing letting agreements for over 1000 rooms along the eastern seaboard, including 420 in the Tweed Coast region of Northern NSW. He is equally well versed in and empathetic towards the challenges facing smaller tourism operations, having owned restaurants in Central Queensland and as current leasehold owner of an apartment complex in Byron Bay for which he has developed his own hotel brand, Apartments Inn, to manage niche apartment-style accommodation nation-wide. In addition to his current position as Chair of Northern Rivers Tourism Cameron also holds a board position on the Forum of Regional Tourism Organisations and only recently stepped aside as Chair of Tweed Tourism after three years. |

Roger Crellin joined iBAHN in early 2011 as President of the Americas. In this role, he directs all aspects of iBAHN’s broadband and IPTV business for the Americas region. Crellin’s specialisation is the commercial success of technology applications. Before joining iBAHN he served as the managing director of Acentic, a European competitor. Prior to that, Crellin served as general manager, consumer digital services at Fujifilm, where he led the division’s migration to digital printing. Roger has deep experience in managing businesses in more than thirty countries across four continents, and has considerable global hospitality industry experience, including serving as chief operating officer for the International Hotels Association, Australia. Crellin earned a masters degree from the Melbourne Business School, where he focused on international distribution strategy. He is an active community member and enjoys the ocean lifestyle. |

Tim Curtis is currently employed as the Systems and Training Manager at Discovery Holiday Parks and has overseen the systemisation and centralisation of their IT systems making DHP a forerunner within the Caravan Park industry. ‘The impact of systemisation and centralisation, specifically on Discovery Holiday Parks, has been instrumental in allowing the business to grow while at the same time keeping head office costs and staffing requirements low’ Tim started working in the IT industry in the early nineties having come from a hotel management background and has welcomed the relatively recent development of Cloud computing. Although Discovery Holiday Parks are based in Adelaide, Tim currently lives in Melbourne with his partner and pet dog ‘Ellie’ and commutes to Adelaide as required. |

He has vast experience in Hotel operations, project management technical and sales aspects. Tom is Vice President of International Sales for INNCOM International, inc. His responsibilities cover Asia-Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa and include development and ongoing support of INNCOM’s dealer network as well as corporate hotel account management. Grimm joined INNCOM in March of 2003 with over 15 years of experience in the hotel guestroom control industry. As well he has more than 27 years of sales experience from large corporate environments to small independent companies. Prior to joining INNCOM, Tom president and owner of an energy controls dealership, providing a variety of building management and energy conservation products to the hospitality, commercial building and educational market. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA. He currently resides in Peekskill, NY, USA. |

Courtenay commenced working with RMS around 7 years ago and is currently Head of Sales (AU), working across all markets in Australia and New Zealand. She has also held positions of Sales Agent for Hotels, Motels and Apartments and Quest Serviced Apartments Account Manager. While completing an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, she worked in pubs, bars and at Flemington Racecourse for Tabcorp. After finishing her studies she worked for 5 years in 4.5 star Hotels in various roles such as Front Office, Reservations and Night Audit. Courtenay has recently graduated as DUX in a Bachelor of Business – Hospitality Management. Courtenay and her family have just rebuilt their homes in Kinglake after losing the in the Black Saturday fires. |

Guenter, the Managing Director of WCG, is one of Australia’s leading water conservation practitioners. Guenter has been instrumental in developing leading edge water conservation design tools and models. He is at the forefront of developing innovative rainwater harvesting solutions. To date, he has been involved in the preparation of over 50 water savings plans. He has assisted in winning grants from both the NSW DEUS Water Savings Fund and from the Community Water Grants scheme. He also developed a smart water meter. Guenter is one of only a few water conservation experts that has had extensive involvement in the implementation of large scale integrated water conservation schemes. He holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering and has spent all of his career in the water and wastewater treatment field. |

Dough is CPA qualified with 25 years experience in hands-on financial management and strategic planning roles with small to medium sized enterprises undergoing substantial growth and change. Doug began his career in the chartered accounting profession before moving into commerce where he has worked with businesses in the Rental Asset/Finance and IT security industries. Since joining Quest Serviced Apartments, Doug has been at the forefront of Quest’s drive to implement best practice standards of financial management, accountability and reporting across its business. In this role, Doug oversees both the finance and information management strategy for the Quest Group. |

Michael Ossipoff joined Telstra in October 1999 and is currently Telstra’s Director Capability and Innovation. This operating unit is tasked with taking the entire Telstra product and service portfolio and bringing it to life in the minds of their corporate clients. Michael has also held positions of Director of iVelocity, a 3.5 billion dollar start up business inside Telstra, and Director of Corporate Marketing, responsible for the entire marketing business plan, strategy and tactics. Prior to Telstra, Michael was Managing Director of Sun Microsystems Software Business, joining after his Dot Com business, Net Dynamics was acquired by Sun. He also worked as Marketing and Sales Director at IBM/Lotus Software and has held international sales and marketing positions with Hewlett-Packard and NCR. Michael brings over 25 years experience in the IT sector. |

Paul Peddrick is Senior Vice President, Strategy for TIG Global. Paul provides strategic guidance to hospitality brands and leads TIG Global product and service development. By focusing on the nexus of marketing, creative and technology, Paul helps clients maximize their online visibility, increase conversion and drive incremental revenue. Since January 2010, Paul has overseen the expansion of TIG Global’s presence and capability internationally as well as led the integration of TIG Global services with MICROS software. Paul is a regular speaker at industry events, bringing practical insights to eCommerce issues facing hotel marketers. Previously, Paul scaled TIG Global's creative and technology services department to effectively meet the company’s explosive growth and increasingly complex accounts. Prior to TIG Global, Paul was Director of Application Strategy at Bixler Incorporated, where he directed all major client engagements. Paul has also held management positions in the advertising and publishing sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia. |

Charles Reed is the CEO of DOCOMO interTouch, which is a provider of leading edge technology and managed services to the global Hospitality Industry. Since joining the company in 2005, he has led the transformation of the company (then know as interTouch) with an annual revenue of $10 million in 2005 to become DOCOMO interTouch with an annual revenue of over $150 million in 2010. He was the architect of the merger of MagiNet, Nomadix, Azure and interTouch in 2008 to create DOCOMO interTouch which is now the market leader in Asia and MEA. Prior to joining DOCOMO interTouch, Charles held the position of CEO at Personal Broadband Australia which rolled out the first iBurst Broadband Wireless System in the world. This system is based on a unique spatial differentiation wireless technology. Charles was also a senior executive at Telecom Venture Group, which was voted best private equity fund in Asia in 2001 by the Venture Capital Association. He also held senior positions across the globe at O2 (Hong Kong and the United Kingdom), as well as, Excelcomindo, a major mobile carrier operator in Indonesia. Charles holds a bachelors degree in Engineering and Mathematics (B.Sc Eng) from the University of Bristol. |

Kyle Stubbs has no real claim to fame, but she is well known for her honesty even if it was not asked for. Formerly working for Hilton 9 years and making her way into hospitality technology from the inside she still remains on the customer side clocking up 7 and a half years with Accor. Kyle speaks around the world on the perspective of the customer side, internal and external on IT&T in Hospitality and is not shy to tell it like it is. |

In 1989, Ted launched a Consulting Practice specialising in Technology Consulting to the Hospitality Industry and he is now widely respected as Australia's leading consultant in this area. In 1996 he launched Australia’s first dedicated hospitality technology exhibition and conference and today this event is still going and is now called Hotel Operations Technology (HOT). |
