Scot has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Information officer for International Development, MGM Mirage. He started his career with Mirage Resorts in 1994. He has spent two years with the CityCenter team, guiding in-room and business technology strategies for Aria, Vdara, and Mandarin hotels. Scot’s professional affiliations include Hospitality Technology Next Generation, as well as Chairman of the Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition & Conference (HITEC) steering committee. |

Peter Barge is an author, and the Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle, the region’s leading commercial real estate services firm. His career as a CEO has taken him and his family of four to the United States of America on three separate postings and to Asia on two. Starting in International Hotel Management his career has touched the fields of teaching, technology, service sector consulting and real estate. Today Peter oversees a team of 14,000 real-estate specialists spread across 13 countries and 50 offices. He has authored two books – “Little Book of Big Decisions” and “The Art of Series” – and is editor of the recently published “Little Book of Asia Pacific Real-estate terms”. |

Nigel Greenaway of Eureka Funds Management is responsible for the group’s hotel investments and is director of the companies that house the hotels. Nigel is also Fund Manager of the combined AIRE/HANZ property funds which includes investment in nine hotels, four commercial office buildings and one industrial building. Before joning Eureka Funds Management, Nigel was Fund Manager for another of Australia’s major hotel funds which owned the Sydney Harbour Marriott, Melbourne Marriott, Brisbane Marriott and Surfers Paradise Marriott hotels. Prior to this, Nigel operated his own consultancy business providing asset management services to owners and operators of international hotels in Australia and the Pacific. Nigel’s experience was gained with international operator, SPHC Group, where he held a number of financial control positions over a 12 year period in Australia and the Pacific culminating in a regional position responsible for all financial matters for hotels operating in the northern half of Australia. |
David Garrison |

David Garrison joined iBAHN in October 2002 and brings 20 years of experience in leading telecommunications and technology services companies in the wireless and Internet industries. David has served as chairman and CEO of Netcom, a pioneering Internet service provider. At Netcom, he successfully led NASDAQ financings, using proceeds to expand geographically within the US to build one of the first Internet networks, and expanded the company internationally to create the top-rated Internet company in the U.K. and Canada. Currently, David is an independent director of SonicWALL, a leading company in providing security solutions to small and medium enterprise customers worldwide. Additionally, he has served as independent director on more than a half-dozen boards of private and public companies, including election to chair the independent directors committee at Ameritrade. |
Hiroo Ichii |

Hiroo ICHII received his B.E. degree from Osaka University for Computer Science. Joining NEC Corporation in 1981, he was engaged in software development of digital PBX systems. From 1994 to 1999 he was transferred to NEC Singapore Pte. Ltd. as division manager of the Network Solution Group. After returning to NEC Corporation, he is now Senior Manager of 3rd Enterprise Communications Solutions Division in charge of Global Hotel Accounts and engaged in IP converged network solutions for hospitality. Hiroo Ichii is also a member of HFTP (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals) and HTNG (Hotel Technology Next Generation). |

With more than 30 years in accommodation and hospitality, Quest Chairman and CEO Paul Constantinou is a respected industry leader. Paul founded Quest 22 years ago and has built the business to be the largest serviced apartment group in Australasia. It all came from a great idea – that the accommodation industry was failing to meet the needs of extended-stay business travellers. He recognised that business travellers want “a home away from home”. Today, Quest has more than 125 properties in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Paul’s next challenge is not only to grow the business, but to recognise and meet the future needs of its valued guests. In July 2009, Quest Serviced Apartments won the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific Hotel Investment Conferences (ANZPHIC) Brand of the Year Award and in November 2009, Paul also received the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Services. |
Kyle Stubbs |

Kyle Stubbs is known for taking an unorthodox approach to IT&T. A trade based Telecommunications Engineer she possesses a litany of technical qualifications and ‘coal face’ experience. This, teamed with a paradoxical set of skills including a Degree in Fine Arts and PR, make her extremely capable of lateral and abstract thought. Kyle amongst other things spent nine years with Hilton Hotel group prior to her role with Accor Hotel group where she has been for five years. Facilitating communications is her passion and after 15 years in the field, Kyle is known as "The Fixer". She has also been known to advise that sometime technology is not the answer, everything must be reviewed with People, Process and Product in front of mind, and with a personal philosophy that failure to plan is planning to fail. She is also known for her triage ability. In her current role at Accor Asia Pacific she is directly responsible for 250+ Hotels and Business Units in Australia/New Zealand/French Polynesia/Fiji and Japan and a resource to Asia. With a primary focus in hospitality concentrating on Multi Brand, Multi Disciplines Properties from 5 Star to 1 star, Backpackers, Time Share, Convention Centres, Services Divisions, Loyalty Programs she has an incredibly diverse portfolio of brands including - Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, All Seasons, Ibis and Formule 1. |
Ted Horner |

In 1989, Ted launched a Consulting Practice specialising in Technology Consulting to the Hospitality Industry and he is now widely respected as Australia's leading consultant in this area. In 1996 he launched Australia’s first dedicated hospitality technology exhibition and conference and today this event is still going and is now called Hotel Operations Technology (HOT). |
